Japanese Name: 天の戸 天黒樽熟成
Made using 100% Junmai Sake made from Akita sake-Komachi rice, Amanoto Tenkuro Taru Jukusei is a new age and modern Sake. Made using black koji, traditionally used for making awamori. It was then aged in a wine barrel, which was used by a Wine maker in Nagano.
