Yume Obako is created by developing varieties of Akita Komachi and Hitomebore rice. It has a light sweetness with a chewy, sticky and elastic texture, retaining the taste of Akita Komachi. The cooked grains are large and smooth, and it does not become hard easily even when cooled. As the rice absorbs water well and it is therefore suitable for Sushi or Donburi.
