Japanese Name: 玉乃光 純米大吟醸 Black Label
Tamano Hikari is a brewery from Kyoto prefecture, founded in 1673. After its launch of Junmai sake in 1942, the product was first produced in contract cultivation with farmers, refined rice and malt are hand-made, and the steamed rice is used to make sake.
This is a Junmai Daiginjyo brewed by hand, made with Oomachi rice from Okayama Prefecture, which is made of polished rice by up to 35% of the original rice. A masterpiece with the best taste of Oomachi rice.
