Momokawa Daiginjyo
Momokawa Daiginjyo is made with the finest Yamada-Nishiki Rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 45% remaining and water from Oirase River, one of the top 100 water sources in Japan. Soft and elegant on the palette, coupled with aromas of Melon and Fresh Nashi Pear, with flavours of honeysuckle and greep apple and finished with deep rice umami. Best enjoyed chilled.
