Tamano Hikari Tama Junmai Ginjo Wine Yeast is made using 100% Bizen-Omachi Rice from Okayama Prefecture. It is extremely well balanced and can pair with any cuisine. On the nose, you will get aromas of Strawberry, Peach and Pear, with flavours of Muscat Grape, Rasberry and plum. Best enjoyed chilled and in a wine glass.
