Yamagen Kabayaki no Tare (Sauce for Unagi)
A combination of wine vinegar, kelp and Honjyozo soya sauce. The beautiful brown color comes out when baking, and there is a rich scent of sweet sauce as well.
You can use for a teriyaki chicken, a fish teriyaki sauce, an eel kabayaki, and donburi sauce.
