Made using 100% local Aomori produced rice, this is made with a 55% polished rice. Flavorful and juicy, aromas of Dark Cherry and Peach, paired with flavours of Pineapple and Apple Jam.
The design is inspired by the animals found in Mountain Iwaki, with a Salamander design.
