Shinshu Ichi Mikochan Miso

Shinshu Ichi Mikochan Miso is typical light-coloured miso.  This basic miso does not contain dashi but boasts the best ingredients. Because it is “raw miso” that has not been heat-treated, the power of the enzyme derived from koji is utilized.
