Onibi Imo Shochu is made from “Tanega-shima purple sweet potatoes” cultivated by a contract farm in the island in Kagoshima prefecture, and is baked slowly. with homemade charcoal.
A toasty and rich flavor of sweet potato spreads in your mouth.
It is recommended not only for shochu fans, but for beginners as well.
