Ninben Dashiba Dashi Shoyu uses shimosa (Chiba) soya sauce, the mixture of dried bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and soda bonito flakes to create the rich taste of soup and soy sauce. No chemical seasonings, preservatives or colouring agents added. Using kelp from Hokkaido, raw sugar from Tanegashima, salt from Okinawa, and domestic ingredients.
