Kosuke Yoshimura, the founder of Hakata Ikkosha, and the person in charge of development at Marutai created more than 30 types of soup prototypes and repeated trial and error. The soul of “Hakata Ikkosha”, which takes pride in its Hakata pork bone ramen, has been completed.
The noodles are slightly flat and thin, and are ready in 60 seconds after adding boiling water.
