■ For soup/sauce base: Mentsuyu (tsukeru / sake), Tentsuyu, Oyako-don.
■ For seasoning: cold tofu, dipping sauce, egg over rice.
■ For boiled and cooked foods:  Kakuni, yellow radish, oden, chawanmushi, dashimaki egg.
