Japanese Name: 酒米 純米大吟醸
A Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a mellow aroma and a deep, soft dry taste. A sake rice called Kikusui, which had excellent characteristics but had temporarily ceased to exist, was revived from only 25 grains of seed hulls. Enjoy the full flavour when slightly chilled.
