Kikkoman Usukuchi Shoyu has been brewed in a light color for enhancing color of ingredients of dishes. Using this product, the color of dishes such as simmered vegetables and soup with seasonal vegetables, remains as original, and yet it has a deep flavor. Light soy sauce has a higher salt content than normal Dark soy sauce, so make sure to taste it when cooking.
