Kawatsu Tsubu Yuzu Kosho is made by crushing the yuzu and chilli peppers rather than coarsely crushing them, allowing you to savour the bits of Yuzu Kosho which permeates a yuzu scent in the mouth. The chilli peppers also add a hint of spiciness to the dish.
