Founded in 1711, Ozeki originates from Hyogo Prefecture. They are well-known for their One Cup Ozeki, the first mega-hit cup sake that changed the industry.

Started in 1722, the Ozeki line of sake comes from the utilisation of centuries of experience and tradition, balanced with the effective use of modern technology.

Water

Its brewery sits in the Nada region, famed for its outstanding source of water – Miyamizu, for brewing. There is no surprise why Ozeki is so well-loved by sake sommeliers all around the world.

Environment

The brewery is located in imazu-go, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, at the foot of the Rokko mountain range, which is blessed environment for sake brewing with “Rokko wind”, “famous water”, “the best sake rice production area ready”.
