Thin noodles fried in 100% vegetable oil. The soup is a white chicken soup with a faint yuzu scent, based on several kinds of chicken extract. If you add seasoning oil, the deep aroma of chicken oil will spread throughout the bowl. For yuzu, we use yuzu peel powder from Oita prefecture.
