Japanese Name: 海童 芋 焼酎
The Hamada Kaido Imo Shochu is made from Kogane-Sengan sweet potatoes, specially harvested in the Kagoshima prefecture, and black koji. The resulting shochu has a mild taste of sweet potato, as well as a sweet and rich finish. Great for pairing it with meat dishes.
