Mitsukan Yusen Su (Red vinegar) was brewed in 1949 and has been loved for more than half a century. It is a traditional red vinegar with a strong acidity and rich taste, which is characterized by the dark color unique to red vinegar. Ideal for Japanese cuisine like Sushi. It goes well with Chinese dishes such as sweet and sour pork sauce as well.
