This is a full-fledged mirin made from the brewing technology of sake rabel called “Nenohi”. By using glutinous rice for glutinous rice, a deep and natural sweetness can be obtained. It creates  richness and thickness, that can not be produced with sugar, to dishes and makes it even more delicious.
