Araroka Kuro Isa Nishiki Sweet Potato Shochu is coarsely filtered during the process compared with other Kuro Isa Nishiki Shochu. As a result of this, it has a stronger flavour and aroma of the original ingredient, which is popular amongst shochu fans.
