Tamano Hikari Miyama-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjyo Sake
This luxury Kyoto sake uses Miyama-Nishiki rice from Shiga prefecture. The farmers use innovative methods to cultivate these Miyama-Nishiki rice with organic fertilizer and music in the hope to produce premium rice. Afterwards, the rice is used to brew the sake and is produces a fine scent with slight sourness for a well-balanced yet complex palate. Complements well with lobsters, truffle, crab leg and french bean. Best served chilled.
