Using only supreme brewer’s rice, Yamada Nishiki made in Banshu Kume. This is our in-house top-quality sake brewed from rice grains milled to 39% of their weight. Once you open the bottle, the room would be filled with fruity aromas of Ginjyoka. This liquor uses Yamada Nishiki rice which is internationally recognised and has a fruity sake aroma.
