Somi Yaki Ago Dashi Soup

A liquid soup stock with a high aroma of  grilled Japanese flying fish and light elegant umami flavor. It is made from pure first-pressed dashi which is a combination of  carefully selected indigenous Japanese flying fish and bonito flakes.
