Masuda Seimen Udon
Japanese Name: 五島手延うどん
Made with traditional hand rolled method, producing smooth and firm texture that can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
How to prepare :
1. Boil the udon (250g) in 3 liters of water till soft.
2. Boil for 7 – 10 mins depending of preferred hardness.
3. Soak udon in running cold water to remove excess flour.
4. Served warm in dashi broth or cold with dipping sauce.
