Marukin Honkaeshi Tsuyu (concentrated)
The Honkaeshi Tsuyu is made from a unique blend of raw and tamari soy sauce. It also uses Ichiban Dashi, which is made from Aramotobushi bonito from Yaizu that has been thickened in-house, and Rishiri Kombu from Hokkaido. This gives the Tsuyu its concentrated flavour without the use of chemical seasonings. Best enjoyed with buckwheat noodles.
